1/2 szklanki słodkiej, gęstej śmietany,
5 jajek, "roztrzepanych" widelcem,
25 dkg wędzonego boczku,
pieprz i sól do smaku

Podsmażyć pokrojony w kostkę lub paseczki boczek, ugotować i odcedzić makaron. Włożyć makaron do garnka w którym się gotował i na małym ogniu, stale mieszając dodać śmietanę, jajka i boczek. Podawać z kiszonym ogórkiem.

Makaron typowo rzymski. Podobno trzeba go tam spróbować. Nie próbowałam, jak dla mnie trochę za ciężki.
