Cisza.
Kilka trzasków.
Kilka myśli:
Czy to ta chwila?
Czy to już ten moment?

Znowu trzaski.
Trzy,
może cztery
brzdęknięcia,
przerywane trzaskami.

Nagle:
Brzdęknięcie i trzask
zlane w jedno.
Tylko jeden
ten nieczysty dźwięk.
I cisza.
Martwa.
Głucha.
Ból w sercu.

A więc to jednak teraz?
Już stało się.
I nie można było zapobiec.
Przeczucie nie zawiodło.

Ja czułam,
że TO się stanie niebawem.
Nie znałam dnia
ani godziny.
Ale czułam.
I mimo, że czułam,
Nie przygotowałam się.

Rozpaczliwe kilkanaście chwil
ciszy.
Kilka wyszeptanych krzyków.
Cisza.
Jedno spojrzenie i...

Płacz.
Łzy same toczą się
po policzkach.
W ciszy.

Patrzę i widzę.
Dotykam i czuję.
Słucham lecz...
Lecz nie słyszę.
Tylko cisza.
Aż dzwoni w mych uszach.

Cisza,
której Ty już nie wypełnisz.
Nawet nie zdążyłam się pożegnać.
Robię to teraz,
choć już Cię nie ma,
choć już za późno.

Niech te słowa będą
tym ostatnim
choć spóźnionym
pożegnaniem.
